About Me
The task of finding a job is so hard, let us help you with preparation to succeed.
The inclusion of algorithms (ATS) in the hiring process has created a barrier between applicants and hiring teams. Knowing how to invent a standout resume and understand the interview process is essential.
For over 15 years I have been both the recruiter and hiring manager. My latest position was Regional HR Manger, where our candidate pool was saturated with applicants and I learned how to identify great resumes. Full cycle recruitment knowledge has magnified my skills for leveraging the hurdles that exist in todays job market.
I relocated to Cary, NC in 2021 with my family. My husband and I currently have 1 child, a dog, and foster dogs. Balancing daily life is a skill that helps with resumes!!
I enjoy assisting stay at home parents with re-entry into the market, students fresh out of school looking to enter the market, and those who have been laid off revamp their resume. Throughout the years, I have written resumes for others and gained a passion for contributing to success stories. With layoffs currently on a high, I know my knowledge will help others.
